Our Story

The LAB Incubator began with a question: “What if faith was more than a Sunday service?” Scott and Traci’s answer became a movement— a creative collision of faith and business in a space built for rule-breakers, dreamers, and doers. 

Scott, the visionary and collaborator, who inspires people to chase possibilities bigger than themselves. Traci is the heart, connector and get-things-done powerhouse, who brings order, insight, and compassion to every person and project. Together, they built The LAB on the belief that the world needs your magic.

For over three decades in the South Bay, Scott and Traci have served, led, and now launched something new: a dynamic environment where innovation flourishes, collaboration fuels growth, and big dreams finally get their chance. Married 36 years, with a vibrant family of four grown children (two married) and a grandchild, they continue to pioneer the space that makes mission matter more than maintenance.
